Spring Ahead? (IF theme GARDEN)

This week is my first Illustration Friday submission. I often check out each weeks submissions, follow the links, gazing at the beautiful and inspiring artwork. I decided to give it a try and put myself out there. This idea had been floating around in my brain for a while. I guess it was waiting...

Could it be? spring??? Not in Wisconsin! Not yet. We get a few days of warmer weather (YES!) then we get snow in May. Yes, last year we had snow in May!

I think that your work is definitely gallery quality. It's also fresh and would appeal to the audiences at regional art centers.
The worst anyone can say is "no" and I've certainly gotten more rejections than not.

Lovely texture in your paintings.
I grew up in Wisconsin so I understand the snow choosing to stay until May. Now I'm in southern Indiana and we barely had any snow this year.
